Utility Scale Wind Towers From Canada, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Republic of Korea: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on utility scale wind towers from Canada, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), Indonesia, and the Republic of Korea (Korea) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

Utility Scale Wind Towers From Canada: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less-Than-Fair-Value, Preliminary Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances, and Postponement of Final Determination and Extension of Provisional Measures The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Canada are being sold, or are likely to be sold, in the United States at less-than-fair- value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
