Heavy Walled Rectangular Pipes and Tubes From Mexico: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that heavy walled rectangular pipes and tubes (HWR) from Mexico was sold in the United States at below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. Additionally, we are rescinding this review, in part, with respect to twelve companies which had no suspended entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

This notice amends the cash deposit rate for Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. (Maquilacero). The period of review (POR) is September 01, 2022, through August 31, 2023.
Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023; Correction The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register on July 24, 2025, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2022-2023 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR) from Mexico. In the final results, Commerce incorrectly assigned a review-specific cash deposit rate of 11.80 percent to certain non-examined companies for which the review was rescinded in the Preliminary Results. Commerce is correcting two items in the final results.

This notice corrects the spelling of a non-examined company name that was inadvertently listed incorrectly as Acro Metal S.A. de C.V.

United States, Court No. 21-00543, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on heavy walled rectangular welded steel pipes and tubes (HWR pipes and tubes) from Mexico covering the period of review (POR), September 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the dumping margins assigned to Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. (Maquilacero) and Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.A. de C.V. (Prolamsa).

Heavy Walled Rectangular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From the Republic of Korea, Mexico, and the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR pipes and tubes) from the Republic of Korea (Korea), Mexico, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
