(Negromex) did not make sales of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) from Mexico at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. Commerce also determines that Dynasol Elastomeros, S.A. de C.V. (Dynasol Elastomeros) had no shipments during the POR. Additionally, we are rescinding this review with respect to Dynasol LLC (Dynasol).
