Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber from Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Final Determination of No Shipments, and Partial Rescission; 2021-2022 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Industrias Negromex S.A. de C.V. (Negromex) did not make sales of emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) from Mexico at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022. Commerce also determines that Dynasol Elastomeros, S.A. de C.V. (Dynasol Elastomeros) had no shipments during the POR. Additionally, we are rescinding this review with respect to Dynasol LLC (Dynasol).

We also preliminarily find that Dynasol Elastomeros S.A. de C.V. (Dynasol Elastomeros) had no shipments during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber From Brazil, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, and Poland: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) from Brazil, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Mexico, and Poland would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
