The period of review (POR) is May 3, 2023, through October 31, 2024. Commerce preliminarily determines that Amsted Rail Company, Inc.; ASF-K de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Amsted) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
