Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Korea, Italy, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan, and the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the People's Republic of China (China), France, the Federal Republic of Germany (Germany), Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea (Korea), South Africa, Taiwan, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice. The sunset period of review is 2017- 2021.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From France: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2016-2018 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that the producer/ exporter subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) November 14, 2016 through April 30, 2018.

Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From France: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from France is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. The final dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the "Final Determination" section of this notice.
