Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Italy, the Republic of Korea, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom: Postponement of Final Determinations of Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigation and Extension of Provisional Measures The Department of Commerce (the Department) is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determinations in the less-than-fair- value (LTFV) investigations of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Italy, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom (the UK) until no later than March 15, 2018, and is extending the provisional measures from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months. As the deadline for the final determinations of the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of wire rod from Italy and Turkey have been aligned with the deadline for the final determinations of the LTFV investigations, the final CVD determinations shall also be postponed.
