Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Belarus, Italy, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation, the Republic of South Africa, Spain, the Republic of Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom: Final Results of Expedited First Sunset Reviews of Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod (steel wire rod) from Belarus, Italy, the Republic of Korea (Korea), the Russian Federation (Russia), the Republic of South Africa (South Africa), Spain, the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the United Kingdom would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the dumping margins identified in the "Final Results of Reviews" section of this notice.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Spain: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, and Final Determination of Critical Circumstances, in Part The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Spain is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). In addition, we determine that critical circumstances exist with respect to certain imports of the subject merchandise. The period of investigation (POI) is January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Spain: Amended Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value On October 31, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary determination of the less-than-fair-value investigation of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Spain. The Department is amending its preliminary determination to correct a significant ministerial error.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Italy, the Republic of Korea, Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom: Postponement of Final Determinations of Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigation and Extension of Provisional Measures The Department of Commerce (the Department) is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determinations in the less-than-fair- value (LTFV) investigations of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from Italy, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Spain, Turkey, and the United Kingdom (the UK) until no later than March 15, 2018, and is extending the provisional measures from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months. As the deadline for the final determinations of the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of wire rod from Italy and Turkey have been aligned with the deadline for the final determinations of the LTFV investigations, the final CVD determinations shall also be postponed.
