Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From India, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Türkiye, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Ukraine: Final Results of the Expedited Second Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India, the Republic of Korea (Korea), the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Borusan Birle[scedil]ik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Borusan Boru) is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (BMB).

The magnitude of the dumping margins likely to prevail are indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.

Based on our analysis of the comments received, we find that subject merchandise has been sold at less than normal value.
Certain Oil Country Tubular Goods From Turkey: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2015-2016 The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Turkey. The period of review (POR) is September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2016. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Toscelik Profil ve Sac End[uuml]strisi A.[Scedil]. (Toscelik). We preliminarily find that Toscelik has not sold subject merchandise at less than normal value. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
