Circular Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe and Tube Products From the Republic of Türkiye; Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Türkiye; Certain Oil Tubular Goods From the Republic of Türkiye; and Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Türkiye: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Reviews On September 10, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the changed circumstances reviews (CCRs) of the antidumping duty orders on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products (standard pipe), welded line pipe (WLP), certain oil tubular goods (OCTG), and large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye). For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Borusan Birle[scedil]ik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Borusan Boru) is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (BMB).

Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Determination of No Shipments and Partial Rescission of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Cimtas Boru Imalatlari ve Ticaret, Ltd. Sti (Cimtas), the only company subject to review, had no shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR), December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2021. In addition, we are rescinding this administrative review with respect to companies for which requests for review were timely withdrawn. Sti. The period of review (POR) is December 1, 2019, through November 30, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary rescission.
Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Turkey: Final Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, in Part, and Final Deferral of Administrative Review, in Part; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Cimtas Boru Imalatlari ve Ticaret, Ltd. Sti. (Cimtas), the sole mandatory respondent and only company with suspended entries of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR), did not have reviewable sales during the POR, December 1, 2018, through November 30, 2019. We are deferring, in part, Cimtas' sales reporting until a subsequent review period. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding, in part, this administrative review with respect to the remaining 18 companies for which we initiated a review because they have no reviewable, suspended entries of subject merchandise during the POR.
Welded Line Pipe From the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on welded line pipe from the Republic of Korea (Korea) and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.

Sti. (Cimtas), the sole mandatory respondent and only company with suspended entries during the period of review (POR), did not have reviewable sales during the POR. We are preliminarily deferring, in part, Cimtas's sales reporting until a subsequent review period and are preliminarily rescinding, in part, this administrative review with respect to the remaining 18 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
