Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S. (Habas) did not make sales of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the sole mandatory respondent, Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S. (Habas), a producer and exporter of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), did not make sales of subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021. We are also rescinding the review with respect to 13 companies because all requests for review for these companies have been withdrawn. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Australia, Brazil, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Netherlands, the Republic of Turkey, and the United Kingdom: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from Australia, Brazil, Japan, the Republic of Korea (Korea), the Netherlands, the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), and the United Kingdom would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Review" section of this notice.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) were sold at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019. In addition, Commerce determines that six exporters had no shipments during the POR.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Turkey: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot- rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) covering the period of review (POR) October 1, 2019, through September 30, 2020, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that seven companies, including the sole mandatory respondent, Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S. (Habas), a producer and exporter of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019. In addition, Commerce preliminarily determines that six exporters had no shipments during the POR. Lastly, on May 15, 2020, Commerce discontinued the review initiated for Colakoglu Metalurji, A.S., and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2017-2018 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) continues to find that Eregli Demir ve Celik Fabrikalari T.A.S. and Iskenderun Iron & Steel Works Co. (collectively, Erdemir Group) had no shipments of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) to the United States during the period of review (POR), October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Additionally, Commerce continues to determine that certain non-examined producers and exporters made sales of hot-rolled steel to the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR.

(collectively, Colakoglu), a producer and exporter of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.
