Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey, Taiwan, and Japan; Final Results of First Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), Taiwan, and Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.

Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No-Shipments; 2019-2020; Second Correction The Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register on February 8, 2022, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2019-2020 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from the Republic of Turkey. This notice corrects the Assessment Rates section to include a sentence regarding Colakoglu Metalurji A.S./Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S.'s (Colakoglu) liquidation instructions that was inadvertently omitted.
Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No-Shipments; 2019-2020; Correction The Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register on February 8, 2022, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2019-2020 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey). This notice corrects the name of the respondent for which we tied the rates for non-selected companies to in that determination.

Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Amended Final Determination in the Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigation; Notice of Amended Final Determination On September 4, 2020, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) sustained the Department of Commerce's (Commerce) third remand redetermination pertaining to the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey). Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's Amended Final Determination in the LTFV investigation of rebar from Turkey. Pursuant to the CIT's final judgment, Commerce is amending the estimated weighted-average dumping margins for respondents Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S. (Habas) and Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim Sanayi A.S. (Icdas), and all other producers and exporters of subject merchandise.
