Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Türkiye: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024; Correction The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register of September 15, 2025, in which Commerce announced the final results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye). This notice corrects the spelling of the name of Emek Boru Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., a company that was not selected for individual examination.

Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Türkiye: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) is not being sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. We are also rescinding this review with respect to three companies for which all requests for review where withdrawn and seven companies which had no entries in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Borusan Birle[scedil]ik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Borusan Boru) is the successor-in-interest to Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (BMB).

Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the People's Republic of China, India, Canada, Greece, the Republic of Korea, and the Republic of Türkiye: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from the People's Republic of China (China), India, Canada, Greece, the Republic of Korea (Korea), and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) would likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
