Paper File Folders From India: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Navneet Education Limited (Navneet), a producer/ exporter subject to this review, made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 17, 2023, through October 31, 2024. In addition, we are rescinding the review, in part, with respect to Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Products Private Limited (Kokuyo). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
