Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Thailand: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2015-2016 On April 6, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the 2015-2016 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (pipes and tubes) from Thailand. This review covers two manufacturers/exporters of the subject merchandise, Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company, Ltd. (Saha Thai) and Pacific Pipe Public Company Limited (Pacific Pipe). The period of review (POR) is March 1, 2015, through February 29, 2016. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we made certain changes to our preliminary findings for Saha Thai. The final weighted-average dumping margins for the reviewed producers/exporters are listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of Review."
