Uncovered Innerspring Units From the People's Republic of China, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and South Africa: Final Results of the Expedited Third Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on uncovered innerspring units (innersprings) from the People's Republic of China (China), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam), and South Africa would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
Uncovered Innerspring Units From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has completed the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on uncovered innerspring units (innersprings) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) covering the period of review (POR) December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019. We continue to find that Angkor Spring Co., Ltd. (Angkor Spring) did not demonstrate eligibility for a separate rate; therefore, it is part of the Vietnam-wide entity.
Uncovered Innerspring Units From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the sole company subject to this administrative review is part of the Vietnam-wide entity because it did not file a separate rate application (SRA). The period of review (POR) is December 1, 2018 through November 31, 2019. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
