Acetone From Belgium, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, the Republic of South Africa, and Spain: Final Results of the First Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on acetone from Belgium, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Singapore, the Republic of South Africa (South Africa), and Spain would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the dumping margins identified in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
Acetone From Singapore: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that acetone from Singapore is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
Acetone From Singapore: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that acetone from Singapore is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
