Mattresses From Indonesia: Final Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that PT Ecos Jaya Indonesia and PT Grantec Jaya Indonesia (collectively, Ecos/ Grantec) and one non-individually examined company made sales of subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce determines that PT. Zinus Global Indonesia (Zinus Indonesia) did not make sales of mattresses from Indonesia at prices below NV during the POR. Moreover, we are rescinding this review with respect to one company that withdrew its request for review and 29 companies that had no reviewable entries during the POR.
Mattresses From Indonesia: Initiation of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024; Correction The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of July 5, 2024, in which Commerce initiated antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews for various orders with May anniversary dates. This notice incorrectly stated that the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review of mattresses from Indonesia would be deferred for one year.
Mattresses From Indonesia: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that PT Ecos Jaya Indonesia and PT Grantec Jaya Indonesia (collectively, Ecos/Grantec), and the non-individually-examined companies for which a review was requested made sales of mattresses from Indonesia at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that PT Zinus Global Indonesia (Zinus Indonesia) did not make sales of mattresses from Indonesia at prices below NV during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

Commerce further determines that sales of subject merchandise made by the non-individually examined companies were at prices below NV.

Mattresses From Indonesia: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination, and Extension of Provisional Measures The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that mattresses from Indonesia are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
