Chloropicrin From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Sunset Review and Revocation of Order On August 4, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the fifth sunset review of the antidumping duty order on chloropicrin from the People's Republic of China (China). Because the domestic interested parties did not file a timely substantive response in this sunset review, Commerce is revoking this antidumping duty order.
