Certain Passenger Vehicles and Light Truck Tires From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Results of Antidumping Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results; Correction The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of June 3, 2022, in which Commerce announced the amended final results of the 2015-2016 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires), following a final decision by the U.S. Court of International Trade which was not in harmony with the underlying final results of that review. In that notice, Commerce incorrectly labeled the headers of two tables setting forth the weighted-average dumping margins applicable in the amended final results as "Producer/Exporter," instead of labeling them as "Exporter." In addition, Commerce incorrectly separated certain entities in the first table, instead of listing them together. We are correcting these inadvertent errors with this notice, as described below.

Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Remand Proceeding and Reopening of 2017-2018 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review Record The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting a remand of the 2017-2018 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the People's Republic of China (China), which includes a limited reopening of the record. Commerce received a notification from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that it found discrepancies and inaccuracies between the sales information certain parties reported during the 2017- 2018 administrative review and that reported to CBP at the time of entry. Accordingly, Commerce intends to reopen the record of the 2017- 2018 AD administrative review and reconsider the final results of the 2017-2018 review. The period of review (POR) is January 27, 2015 through July 31, 2016. The administrative review covers 108 respondents, including four mandatory respondents: Giti Tire Global Trading Pte. Ltd. (Giti), which we have preliminarily treated as a single entity with four affiliated companies identified below, Qingdao Sentury Tire Co., Ltd. (Sentury), which we have preliminarily treated as a single entity with two affiliated companies identified below, Best Choice International Trade Co., Limited (Best Choice), which withdrew its participation from the administrative review and will be treated as part of the PRC-wide entity, and Shandong Haohua Tire Co., Ltd. (Haohua), which withdrew its participation from the administrative review and will be treated as part of the PRC-wide entity.
