Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Circumvention Inquiry on the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders In response to a request from Steel Dynamics Inc. and Nucor Corporation (collectively, the requesters), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a country-wide circumvention inquiry to determine whether imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) completed in Indonesia using hot-rolled steel (HRS) and cold-rolled steel (CRS) manufactured in the People's Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on CORE from China.
Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Metalco S.A. (Metalco), the sole company subject to the 2020-2021 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on corrosion- resistant steel products from the People's Republic of China (China), is part of the China-wide entity because it did not demonstrate its eligibility for a separate rate. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From India, Italy, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and Taiwan: Continuation of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) determined in their five-year (sunset) reviews that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) from India, Italy, the People's Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea (Korea), and Taiwan and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on CORE from India, Italy, China, and Korea would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States. As a result, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.
Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Metalco S.A. (Metalco), the sole company subject to this administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) from the People's Republic of China (China), is part of the China-wide entity because it did not file a separate rate application (SRA). The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From India, Italy, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and Taiwan: Final Results of Expedited Sunset Reviews of Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) from India, Italy, the People's Republic of China (China), the Republic of Korea (Korea), and Taiwan would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels identified in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.

We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. In addition, Commerce is rescinding the administrative review, in part, for eight companies for which review requests were withdrawn.
