Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Korea, Italy, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan, and the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the People's Republic of China (China), France, the Federal Republic of Germany (Germany), Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea (Korea), South Africa, Taiwan, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice. The sunset period of review is 2017- 2021.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Jiangsu Tiangong Tools Company LTD (TG Tools) did not make a bona fide sale of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019. Therefore, we are rescinding this administrative review.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Intent To Rescind Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Jiangsu Tiangong Tools Company LTD (TG Tools) did not make a bona fide sale of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019. Therefore, Commerce preliminarily intends to rescind this administrative review. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary rescission of review.

The final dumping margin of sales at LTFV is shown in the "Final Determination" section of this notice.
