Certain Fabricated Structural Steel From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain fabricated structural steel (fabricated structural steel) from the People's Republic of China (China) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. The final dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the "Final Determination" section of this notice.

The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
