This notice incorrectly stated that post- summary corrections must be filed to upload certifications for applicable unliquidated entries of wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof (wooden cabinets) from China.

Further, Commerce is rescinding the circumvention inquiries that were initiated to determine whether imports of wooden cabinets from Malaysia or Vietnam are circumventing the AD and CVD orders on wooden cabinets from China.

In addition, Commerce preliminarily determines that 30 companies are eligible for a separate rate and 12 companies had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. Further, Commerce is rescinding this review with respect to two companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

(Beautystar) is part of the People's Republic of China (China)-wide entity; and Jiang Su Rongxin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. (Rongxin Wood) is the successor-in-interest to Jiangsu Rongxin Cabinets Co., Ltd. (Rongxin Cabinets).
Wooden Cabinets and Vanities and Components Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Initiation of Circumvention Inquiries on the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders In response to a request from the American Kitchen Cabinet Alliance, (AKCA), a petitioner, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating two country-wide circumvention inquiries to determine whether: (1) U.S. imports from Vietnam of wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof (wooden cabinets and vanities) from the People's Republic of China (China), which are further processed in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) and include Vietnamese components, are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on wooden cabinets and vanities from China; and (2) U.S. imports from Malaysia of wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof (wooden cabinets and vanities) from China, which are further processed in Malaysia and include Malaysian components, are circumventing the AD and CVD orders on wooden cabinets and vanities from China.

Wooden Cabinets and Vanities and Components Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review On September 2, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the initiation and preliminary results of a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof (cabinets) from the People's Republic of China (China). For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Goldenhome Living Co., Ltd., (Goldenhome) is the successor-in-interest to Xiamen Goldenhome Co., Ltd., (Xiamen Goldenhome) in the context of the AD order on cabinets from China.
