Certain Large Vertical Shaft Engines Between 225CC and 999CC, and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of 2022-2023 Antidumping and 2022 Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative reviews of the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225CC and 999CC (large vertical shaft engines), and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of reviews (PORs) March 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023, and January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, respectively, based on the timely withdrawals of the requests for review.
Certain Large Vertical Shaft Engines Between 225cc and 999cc, and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2022 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) continues to find that Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd. (Honda), the sole company subject to the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof (large VSE) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period of review (POR) August 19, 2020, through February 28, 2022, is not eligible for a separate rate and, thus, is part of the China-wide entity.
Certain Large Vertical Shaft Engines Between 225cc and 999cc, and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2022 The U.S Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof (large vertical shaft engines) from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of review (POR) is August 19, 2020, through February 28, 2022. Commerce preliminarily determines that Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd. (Honda) failed to establish its eligibility for a separate rate and, therefore, is part of the China-wide entity. We are also rescinding this review with respect to Chongqing Rato Technology Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Rato) and Loncin Motor Co., Ltd (Loncin). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Antidumping Duty Order on Certain Large Vertical Shaft Engines Between 225cc and 999cc, and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review; Correction The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register of August 24, 2022, in which Commerce announced the final results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain large vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc, and parts thereof (vertical shaft engines) from the People's Republic of China (China). In this notice, Commerce inadvertently failed to apply the finding to subject merchandise produced and exported by Jialing-Honda Motors Co., Ltd (Jialing) or produced and exported by Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd. (Honda). In addition, Commerce did not include the term "large" in the heading of the notice.
Antidumping Duty Order on Certain Vertical Shaft Engines Between 225cc and 999cc, and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) continues to determine that Honda Power Products (China) Co., Ltd. (Honda) is the successor-in-interest to Jialing-Honda Motors Co., Ltd. (Jialing) and is entitled to the same cash deposit rate as Jialing under the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain vertical shaft engines between 225cc and 999cc and parts thereof (vertical shaft engines) from the People's Republic of China (China).

(Honda) is the successor- in-interest to Jialing-Honda Motors Co., Ltd. The period of investigation is July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019.

The period of investigation is July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
