Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished or Unfinished From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai), the sole company subject to the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period of review (POR) June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, is not eligible to receive a separate rate and is, therefore, considered part of the China-wide entity. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

Further, Commerce preliminarily finds that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai) had no shipments during the POR and C&U Group Shanghai Bearing Co., Ltd. (C&U Shanghai) did not qualify for a separate rate and therefore, is considered part of the China-wide entity. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results; Correction On December 31, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published in the Federal Register the amended final results of the 2018-2019 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on tapered roller bearings and parts from the People's Republic of China (China). This notice incorrectly stated that for the non- selected companies that do not have a superseding cash deposit rate, Commerce will issue revised cash deposit instructions through U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Notice of Amended Final Results On December 18, 2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. and C&U Americas, LLC, v. United States, Court No. 22-00038, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the dumping margins assigned to Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai), Xinchang Newsun Xintianlong Precision Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd, (Xintianlong), and Hebei Xintai Bearing Forging Co., Ltd, (Xintai).

Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review On January 3, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce preliminarily determined that Stemco Vehicle Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Stemco) is the successor-in-interest to GGB Bearing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (GGB). For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Stemco is the successor-in- interest to GGB.
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Initiation and Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) to determine if Stemco Vehicle Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Stemco) is the successor-in-interest to GGB Bearing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (GGB) in the context of the antidumping duty (AD) order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China). We preliminarily determine that Stemco is the successor- in-interest to GGB.
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Shanghai Tainai Bearing Co., Ltd. (Tainai) has made sales of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (China) at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2020, through May 31, 2021. The administrative review covers 11 companies; however, based on timely withdrawal of requests for review, we are now rescinding this administrative review with respect to two of these companies. Additionally, we find that Tainai and Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. (Jingli) have each demonstrated that they are eligible for a separate rate. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Additionally, Commerce determines that it is appropriate to rescind this administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on TRBs from China with respect to BRTEC Wheel Hub Bearing Co., Ltd. (BRTEC) and Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Technology Co. Ltd. Based on timely withdrawal of requests for review, we are now rescinding this administrative review with respect to four of these companies.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with the Final Results in the 2015-2016 administrative review of TRBs from China, and that Commerce is amending the Final Results with respect to the assignment of a separate rate to Zhejiang Zhaofeng Mechanical and Electronic Co., Ltd. (Zhaofeng).

Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Rescission of New Shipper Review; 2015-2016 On June 29, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the preliminary results of the 29th administrative and new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs), from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2015, through May 31, 2016. After analyzing the comments received, we have made changes to the final results of the administrative review. We are also rescinding the new shipper review (NSR). The final weighted-average dumping margins for the reviewed firms in the administrative review are listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of the Review."

Based on timely withdrawal of requests for review, we are now rescinding this administrative review with respect to four of these companies, Changshan Peer Bearing Co., Ltd. (CPZ/SKF), Hubei New Torch Science & Technology Co Ltd (New Torch), Shanghai General Bearing Co., Ltd (SGBC), and Wanxiang Group Corp (Wanxiang).
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Fourth Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order As a result of this sunset review, the Department of Commerce (the Department) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Preliminary Rescission of New Shipper Review; 2015-2016 The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review (AR) and a new shipper review (NSR) of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs), from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The AR covers six exporters, of which the Department selected two mandatory respondents for individual examination (i.e., Zhejiang Zhaofeng Mechanical & Electronic Co, Ltd. (Zhaofeng); and Zhejiang Zhengda Bearing Co., Ltd. (Zhengda)). The NSR covers Zhejiang Jingli Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Jingli). The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2015, through May 31, 2016. We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise have been made below normal value (NV). In addition, we preliminarily determine that Zhejiang Jingli's sale to the United States is not bona fide. Therefore, we are preliminarily rescinding this NSR. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Rescission of New Shipper Review; 2014-2015 On July 14, 2016, the Department of Commerce (Department) published the preliminary results of the 28th administrative and new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished (TRBs), from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2014, through May 31, 2015. After analyzing the comments received, we made no changes to the margin calculations in the administrative review and we are rescinding the new shipper review (NSR). The final weighted- average dumping margins for the reviewed firms are listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of the Review."
Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review and Reinstatement of Shanghai General Bearing Co., Ltd. in the Antidumping Duty Order On July 13, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review and intent to reinstate Shanghai General Bearing Co., Ltd. (SGBC/SKF) in the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, (TRBs) from the People's Republic of China (PRC). This review covers TRBs from the PRC manufactured and exported by SGBC/SKF. The period of review is June 1, 2014, through May 31, 2015. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we made changes to the margin calculations. Therefore, the final results differ from the preliminary results. Further, we continue to determine that SGBC/SKF sold TRBs at less than normal value (NV), and, as a result, we are reinstating SGBC/SKF in the antidumping order on TRBs from the PRC. The final weighted-average dumping margin is listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of Review."
