Antidumping Duty Order on Wooden Bedroom Furniture From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review On May 19, 2023, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published in the Federal Register notice of the preliminary results of this changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on wooden bedroom furniture (WBF) from the People's Republic of China (China). In these final results of the changed circumstances review, Commerce continues to find that Zhangzhou XMB Home Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhangzhou XMB) is the successor-in-interest to Zhangzhou XYM Furniture Product Co., Ltd. (Zhangzhou XYM). Accordingly, subject merchandise exported by Golden Well International (HK), Ltd. (Golden Well) and produced by Zhangzhou XMB will be assigned the same AD cash deposit rate as the AD cash deposit rate established for subject merchandise exported by Golden Well and produced by Zhangzhou XYM.

The Department has preliminarily determined that four of the 13 companies, including Decca, have not established their entitlement to a separate rate and are part of the PRC-wide entity. The Department has also preliminarily determined that eight companies had no reviewable transactions during the POR. The Department has also rescinded the review for Nanhai Jiantai Woodwork Co., Ltd., Fortune Glory Industrial, Ltd. (HK Ltd.) (collectively, Fortune Glory), for whom all review requests have been withdrawn. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Wooden Bedroom Furniture, From the People's Republic of China; Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review On March 15, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China (PRC). Based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review of certain companies, we are now rescinding this administrative review for the period January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016, with respect to 67 companies.
Wooden Bedroom Furniture From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review On February 7, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published its notice of initiation and preliminary results of a changed circumstances review ("CCR") of the antidumping duty ("AD") order on wooden bedroom furniture ("WBF") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") (Preliminary Results). The Department preliminarily determined that Yihua Lifestyle Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yihua Tech") is the successor-in-interest to Guangdong Yihua Timber Industry Co., Ltd. ("Yihua Timber") for purposes of the AD order on WBF from the PRC and, as such, is entitled to Yihua Timber's AD cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject merchandise. We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. As no parties submitted comments, and there is no other information or evidence on the record calling into question our Preliminary Results, the Department is making no changes to the Preliminary Results. For these final results, the Department continues to find that Yihua Tech is the successor-in-interest to Yihua Timber.
Wooden Bedroom Furniture From the People's Republic of China: Final Results Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments in Part; 2015 On October 11, 2016, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published the preliminary results of the eleventh administrative review ("AR") of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture ("WBF") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The period of review ("POR") is January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. The AR covers 18 PRC exporters of subject merchandise, of which the Department selected one company for individual examination, Nantong Wangzhuang Furniture Co., Ltd. ("Nantong Wangzhuang"). For these final results, we continue to find that WBF has been sold in the United States at less than normal value and that certain companies subject to this administrative review had no shipments during the POR.
