Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Shanghai Yueda Nails Co., Ltd., a.k.a. Shanghai Yueda Nails Industry Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Yueda) and Shanghai Yueda Nails (Chuzhou) Ltd. (Chuzhou Yueda) (collectively, Yueda Nails), exporters of certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China (China), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. Commerce is also rescinding the review with respect to four exporters that had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2020-2021 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that eleven companies subject to this review had no shipments of certain steel nails (nails) from the People's Republic of China (China) during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021. Further, Commerce finds that any company potentially subject to individual or non-individual examination under this review failed to establish its eligibility for a separate rate and all entries of subject merchandise during the POR are subject to the China-wide entity rate.

Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain steel nails (nails) from the People's Republic of China (China) were sold in the United States at less than normal value for the period of review (POR) August 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020. Commerce continues to find that the two mandatory respondents, Qingdao D&L Group Ltd. (Qingdao D&L) and Shanghai Yueda Nails Industry Co., Ltd., a.k.a. Shanghai Yueda Nails Co. (Shanghai Yueda), are not eligible for a separate rate and are to be considered part of the China-wide entity. Moreover, we continue to find that Shanghai Curvet Hardware Products Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Curvet) and Tianjin Zhonglian Metals Ware Co., Ltd. (Tianjin Zhonglian) are eligible for a separate rate and that 21 companies had no shipments.
Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Scope Ruling and Notice of Amended Final Scope Ruling Pursuant to Court Decision On August 3, 2021, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Simpson Strong-Tie Company v. United States, Court No. 18-00062, sustaining the Department of Commerce (Commerce)'s remand redetermination pertaining to a scope ruling in which Commerce found Simpson Strong-Tie Company's (Simpson's) crimp drive anchors to be outside the scope of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain steel nails (nails) from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's scope ruling, and that Commerce is amending the scope ruling to find that crimp drive anchors are not covered by the order.

United States, Consol. Court No. 12-00065, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce's (Commerce) final remand results in the second administrative review of certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review, covering the period of review (POR) August 1, 2009, through July 31, 2010, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the dumping margins assigned to Tianjin Jinchi Metal Products Co., Ltd. (Jinchi) and Tianjin Jinghai County Hongli Industry & Business Co. (Hongli). Because Jinchi's and Hongli's margins changed, the margin for those companies not individually examined but receiving a separate rate also changed.

(collectively Stanley), and Tianjin Lianda Group Co, Ltd. (Tianjin Lianda) sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties (AD) on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Results of Administrative Review and Notice of Amended Final Results Pursuant to Court Decision On July 3, 2017, the Court of International Trade (CIT or Court) sustained the Department of Commerce's (the Department) final remand results pertaining to the sixth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period of August 1, 2013, through July 31, 2014. The Department is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with the final results of the administrative review. Therefore, the Department is amending the final results with respect to the dumping margin assigned to SDC International Aust. PTY. Ltd. (SDC).
Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2014-2015 The Department of Commerce (the Department) is amending its final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails (nails) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period is August 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015 to correct ministerial errors. The amended final weighted-average dumping margins for the reviewed firms are listed below in the section entitled, "Amended Final Results."
Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Final Determination of No Shipments and Final Partial Rescission; 2014-2015 The Department of Commerce (the Department) published the Preliminary Results of the seventh administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from the People's Republic of China (PRC) on September 12, 2016. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we made changes to the margin calculation for these final results regarding one of the mandatory respondents, Stanley. We also continue to find that the other mandatory respondent, Tianjin Lianda Group Co. Ltd. (Tianjin Lianda), is not eligible for separate rate status and, thus, is part of the PRC-wide entity. The final dumping margins are listed below in the "Final Results of Administrative Review" section of this notice. The period of review ("POR") is August 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015.
