Large Residential Washers From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of the First Five-Year Sunset Review of the Antidumping Duty Order On January 2, 2018, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the first sunset review of the antidumping duty order on large residential washers from the Republic of Korea (Korea). Commerce determined that it was appropriate to conduct a full review. Commerce preliminarily finds that revocation of this antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Preliminary Results of Review" section of this notice.

The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2016, through January 31, 2017. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, LG Electronics, Inc. (LGE). We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by LGE were made at prices below normal value (NV). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Large Residential Washers From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2015-2016 On March 6, 2017, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the third administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on large residential washers (LRWs) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2015, to January 31, 2016. Based on our analysis of the comments received and our verification findings, we made certain changes to the margin calculations. Therefore, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin for the respondent, LG Electronics, Inc. (LGE), is listed below in the section entitled "Final Results of the Review."
