Certain Stainless Steel Plate in Coils From Taiwan: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2024-2025 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corporation (Yuan Long) sold certain stainless steel plate in coils (SSPC) from Taiwan at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 71 companies. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

Stainless Steel Plate in Coils From Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan: Final Results of the Expedited Fourth Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel plate in coils (SSPC) from Belgium, South Africa, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
