Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From Taiwan: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Scope Ruling; Notice of Amended Final Scope Ruling Pursuant to Court Decision On February 20, 2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC., v. United States, Court No. 24- 00165, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce)'s first remand redetermination pertaining to the scope ruling for the antidumping duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from Taiwan finding temporary-use spare tires (T-type tires) produced by Cheng Shin Rubber Industry Co. Ltd. (Cheng Shin) and imported by Cheng Shin Rubber U.S.A. Inc. (UCS) to be included in the order. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's scope ruling, and that Commerce is amending the scope ruling to find that T-type tires are included in the order.
Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from Taiwan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determined that sales of certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from Taiwan were not sold at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From Taiwan: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024 The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from Taiwan were not sold at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Commerce preliminarily finds that the producer/exporter subject to this review did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than NV. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From Taiwan: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value; Correction The Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of May 27, 2021, in which Commerce announced the final affirmative determination of the antidumping duty (AD) investigation on passenger vehicle and light truck tires (passenger tires) from Taiwan. This notice contained a typographic error in the "Scope of the Investigation" in Appendix I.

Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From Taiwan: Amended Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value On January 6, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published its preliminary determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from Taiwan in the Federal Register. Commerce is amending this preliminary determination to correct a significant ministerial error.
