Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Korea, Italy, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan, and the Republic of Turkey: Final Results of the Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the People's Republic of China (China), France, the Federal Republic of Germany (Germany), Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea (Korea), South Africa, Taiwan, and the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping as indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice. The sunset period of review is 2017- 2021.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From Japan: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019 The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Japan for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate From Japan: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Japan is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. The final weighted-average dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the "Final Determination" section of this notice.
