Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey, Taiwan, and Japan; Final Results of First Expedited Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these expedited sunset reviews, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on steel concrete reinforcing bars from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), Taiwan, and Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.
Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Japan: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Japan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. The final dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the "Final Determination" section of this notice.
Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Japan: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value The Department of Commerce (the Department) preliminarily determines that steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Japan is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. The estimated dumping margins of sales at LTFV are listed in the "Preliminary Determination" section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
