Certain Uncoated Paper From Australia: Negative Final Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty Order for Certain Uncoated Paper Rolls The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that imports of certain uncoated paper rolls from Australia were not completed by conversion into subject sheets of paper in the United States and, therefore, such imports are not circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain uncoated paper from Australia, within the meaning of section 781(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
Uncoated Paper From Australia, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, Indonesia, and Portugal: Final Results of the Expedited First Sunset Reviews of the Antidumping Duty Orders As a result of these sunset reviews, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain uncoated paper (uncoated paper) from Australia, Brazil, the People's Republic of China (China), Indonesia, and Portugal would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Review" section of this notice.
Certain Uncoated Paper From Australia: Negative Preliminary Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty Order for Uncoated Paper Rolls The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that imports of certain uncoated paper rolls from Australia were not completed by conversion into sheets of paper in the United States and, therefore, such imports are not circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain uncoated paper products from Australia, within the meaning of section 781(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). We invite interested parties to comment on this preliminary determination.
Certain Uncoated Paper Products From Australia, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, and Indonesia: Initiation of Anti-Circumvention Inquiry of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders In response to requests from Domtar Corporation; Packaging Corporation of America; North Pacific Paper Company; Finch Paper LLC; United Steel, Paper, and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (collectively, the petitioners), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating an anti-circumvention inquiry. In this inquiry, Commerce intends to determine whether certain imports of sheeter rolls of uncoated paper exported from Australia, Brazil, the People's Republic of China (China), and Indonesia, and completed by conversion into sheets of paper in the United States, are circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on certain uncoated paper sheets. Commerce declines to initiate an anti-circumvention inquiry on Portugal at this time.
Certain Uncoated Paper From Australia, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, Indonesia, and Portugal: Affirmative Final Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders The Department of Commerce (Department) determines that imports of uncoated paper with a GE brightness of 83 <plus-minus>1% (83 Bright paper), otherwise meeting the description of in-scope merchandise, from Australia, Brazil, the People's Republic of China, Indonesia, and Portugal constitute merchandise "altered in form or appearance in minor respects" from in-scope merchandise are subject to the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain uncoated paper (uncoated paper).
