BIS §232 Steel Derivative Products Adoption, Proclamation 10896 Implementation

The Bureau of Industry and Security publishes revised HTSUS Annex 1 to add additional steel derivative products subject to duties imposed by Presidential Proclamation 10896 (February 10, 2025). The effective date is June 23, 2025. This action expands the tariff scope beyond the March 5, 2025 implementation notice.
