BIS One-Year Suspension, End-User Controls Affiliate Expansion

The Bureau of Industry and Security suspended implementation of its interim final rule expanding end-user controls to cover affiliates of certain listed entities. The suspension takes effect November 10, 2025, and remains in place through November 9, 2026, unless extended.
