BIS EAR Amendment, Export Controls on Firearm Suppressors and Firearms-Related CCL Changes

BIS published an interim final rule revising the EAR and Commerce Control List to impose export controls on silencers, mufflers, and sound suppressors transferred off the ITAR U.S. Munitions List (USML Category I).
