BIS Entity List Removal, One Turkish Entity Removed From Export Control List

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to remove one entity located in Turkey from the Entity List, effective August 21, 2026. This removal eliminates the license requirement that had applied to exports, reexports, and transfers to the affected entity under the EAR. The action was published in the Federal Register on August 24, 2026 (Document No. 2026-17230).
