CBP will deploy Phase 2 of the Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) in the ACE Portal on June 29, 2026, accepting entries flagged for reconciliation (entry types 01, 02, and 06) where the reconciliation entry (type 09) has not yet been filed. Eligible entries must be unliquidated or within 80 days of liquidation. Filers submit the flagged entries on a CAPE declaration, CBP removes the IEEPA duties, and the reconciliation entry is then filed separately. Once a reconciliation entry is filed, the underlying entries become ineligible for further CAPE filings under this phase. Issued via CSMS #69035485 on June 23, 2026.
