CBP Directs Brokers to Check ACE REV-613 Report for Refunds Rejected Over Missing ACH Enrollment
CBP advised customs brokers to run the ACH Rejected Refunds Report (REV-613) in the ACE Reports tool to identify importer refunds rejected because the importer of record is not enrolled to receive refunds by Automated Clearing House. Importers may run the report themselves and should use the ACE Secure Data Portal to authorize ACH refunds, then notify frn-achrefundsupport@cbp.dhs.gov of the new enrollment. CBP stated that importers not enrolled for ACH refunds may continue to experience refund delays or rejections. The notice was issued while CBP was disbursing IEEPA duty refunds through CAPE, CBP's October 6, 2026 CIT declaration reported 20,362 refunds, about $1.1 billion, still untransmitted to Treasury for lack of ACH account information.
