US-Nepal Bilateral Agreement, Import Restrictions on Archaeological & Ethnological Material

CBP amends 19 CFR to impose import restrictions on designated categories of archaeological and ethnological material from Nepal under the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act. The restrictions take effect August 12, 2026, pursuant to a bilateral agreement between the US and Nepal.
