The Department of Commerce is preliminarily intending to rescind the countervailing duty new shipper review of Haixing Jingmei Chemical Products Sales Co., Ltd. under CVD order C-570-009 covering calcium hypochlorite from China. The review, covering the period May 27, 2014 through December 31, 2015, is being rescinded because Jingmei failed to provide sufficient information to demonstrate its U.S. sale was bona fide. Interested parties may comment on the preliminary determination.
