The Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Chinese producers and exporters of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, covering the January 1-December 31, 2014 period of review (Case No. C-570-913). The Department also signaled a preliminary intent to rescind the review in part. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
