The Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China during the January 1-December 31, 2014 period of review (case C-570-971). The notice also includes a partial rescission of the review. Final rates will be established after the comment period.
