The Department of Commerce issued a final determination that certain biaxial integral geogrid products from the People's Republic of China are being sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV), pursuant to Section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930. Final weighted-average dumping margins were established in case A-570-036. This determination precedes a potential antidumping duty order contingent on an affirmative ITC injury finding.
