The Department of Commerce rescinded the antidumping duty administrative review of circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from the People's Republic of China for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 (case A-570-910). The rescission means no new dumping margins will be calculated for that review period, and the existing AD order rates remain in effect for entries during the POR.
