The Department of Commerce is rescinding the countervailing duty administrative review of certain magnesia carbon bricks (MCBs) from the People's Republic of China for the period January 1-December 31, 2014 (case C-570-955). The preliminary results, published September 13, 2016, found no evidence of reviewable entries, and no comments were received. As a result, the full administrative review is being rescinded.
