The Department of Commerce published final results of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts (TRBs) from China (case A-570-601), covering POR June 2014-May 2015. Commerce determined that Shanghai General Bearing Co., Ltd. (SGBC/SKF) sold TRBs at less than normal value and has reinstated SGBC/SKF in the AD order with a revised final weighted-average dumping margin.
