The Department of Commerce issued a final negative antidumping determination for certain new pneumatic off-the-road (OTR) tires from India, finding no sales at less than fair value for the January-December 2015 period of investigation. The two primary respondents, Alliance Tires Private Limited and Balkrishna Industries Limited, received zero dumping margins, rendering the critical circumstances finding moot. No antidumping duties will be assessed as a result of this determination.
