Commerce Rescinds AD Review, Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags From China (2015-2016)

The Department of Commerce rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from the People's Republic of China for the 2015-2016 period (case A-570-886). The rescission terminates the review process and maintains the existing antidumping duty rate on imports of the subject merchandise.
