The CIT sustained Commerce's remand results for the 9th administrative review (POR Feb 2013-Jan 2014) of the AD order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam (case A-552-802), finding the final results not in harmony on the labor surrogate value methodology. Commerce is amending the final results accordingly, effective July 9, 2017.
