Following a CIT final judgment in Mid Continent Steel & Wire v. United States, Commerce is amending its less-than-fair-value final determination for certain steel nails from Taiwan (case A-583-854). Revised weighted-average dumping margins apply to mandatory respondent PT Enterprise Inc. and all other producers/exporters, effective October 14, 2017.
